Polara acquires EV charging service Cleo to expand markets

Hydro‑Québec’s sells its Cléo subsidiary to Polara and strengthen Québec’s leadership in fleet electrification. Cléo’s smart charging platform, combined with Polara’s end‑to‑end electrification expertise, will accelerate the growth of commercial EV fleets while allowing Hydro‑Québec to refocus on its core mission and the expansion of the Circuit électrique network.
